Job summary

Speedy Group UK&I is seeking a Delivery Driver to operate a 3.5 ton flatbed van in the Erith area. You will deliver hire equipment locally and act as the face of our business, upholding our values.

The role offers flexible hours, including potential job shares and amended hours, with a focus on work/life balance and career progression opportunities within the Speedy Group.

Qualifications

• Required: driving licence and eligibility to complete NWR medical.
• Must hold a PTS (Personal Track Safety).
• Strong knowledge of local area and focus on customer service.
• Experience driving within the UK is expected.
• Support ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Drive a 3.5 ton flatbed van delivering hire equipment locally.

Based in Erith, the role of Delivery Driver is a busy and productive role. You will be driving a 3.5 ton flatbed van, delivering hire equipment around the local area. This role is vital to our operation; you will be the face of our business and a representation of our vision, mission and values.

What you’ll need:

• Driving licence
• Eligible to complete NWR medical
• Hold a PTS
• Good knowledge of the local area
• Strong customer focus
• Experience driving within the UK
• Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver.
