Job summary

Diocese of York is recruiting for a part-time transport driver to deliver a safe and efficient transport service for students. You will operate minibuses and people carriers, and must be able to drive up to 16 seats, or up to 8 or 4 in other vehicles, as required.

The role is permanent, 20 hours per week, term time only, with travel involved. The salary depends on qualifications and experience; interviews will be held after the closing date.

The core focus of this job is to drive and provide a safe and efficient transport service Students . The post holder is expected to operate in a safe, reliable manner enabling to provide an effective transport service. The main purpose of the role is to drive accessible and non-accessible minibus (up to 16 passenger seats), people carriers (up to 8 passenger seats) or car (up to 4 passengers)
