Job summary

Speedy Services in Bristol is seeking a Delivery Driver (7.5t) to join our busy team. You will operate a 7.5-ton truck, delivering hire equipment locally and representing the company on the road.

The role offers flexible start times and a balanced work/life approach, with 42 hours per week and a salary around £29,572 per annum (pro rata). You should have a C1 licence, UK driving experience, and a strong customer focus.

• Must hold a UK C1 driving licence.
• Good knowledge of the local Bristol area is essential.
• Strong customer focus for service delivery.
• Experience driving within the UK is required.
• Ability to support our ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver.

Responsibilities

• Drive a 7.5-ton truck delivering hire equipment locally.
• Represent Speedy with professionalism and customer service.
• Follow routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
• Support the business unit in ESG and operational targets.

Based in Bristol the role of Delivery Driver is a busy and productive role. You will be driving a 7.5ton truck, delivering hire equipment around the local area. This role is vital to our operation; you will be the face of our business and a representation of our vision, mission and values.

What you’ll need:

• Driving licence with ability to drive C1
• Good knowledge of the local area
• Strong customer focus
• Experience driving within the UK
• Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver.
