Job summary

Speedy Group is seeking a Delivery Driver (7.5t) based in Erith to join our busy local operations. You will drive a 7.5 ton van, delivering hire equipment across the local area and represent our brand on every call.

This role offers flexible hours and a strong work-life balance with generous holiday and employee benefits. You will support our ESG initiatives and work with the team to meet customer needs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid C1 license, CPC and tachograph cards required.
• Experience delivering heavy goods and strong knowledge of local area.
• UK driving experience and customer-focused attitude.

• Deliver hire equipment to customers in the local area.
• Represent Speedy and maintain excellent customer service.

, the role of Delivery Driver is a busy and productive role. You will be driving a 7.5 ton van, delivering hire equipment around the local area. This role is vital to our operation; you will be the face of our business and a representation of our vision, mission and values.

What you’ll need:

• Driving licence with C1
• CPC Card
• Tacho Card
• Experience delivering heavy goods
• Good knowledge of the local area
• Strong customer focus
• Experience driving within the UK
• Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver.

A bit about you:

• Happy walking for long periods and going outside in any weather
• Strong sense of community and take pride in what you do
• Has a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
