Job summary

Speedy Group UK&I is seeking a Delivery Driver (3.5t) based in Morecombe. The role involves delivering hire equipment across the local area, driving a 3.5t flatbed van with a trailer, and being the face of our business.

You will work Mon–Fri (07:30–17:00), 42 hours/week, with flexible hours and a strong focus on work-life balance. The package includes holiday, life assurance, pension and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Demonstrated ability to tow trailers safely.
• Strong knowledge of the local area and good customer-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hire equipment around the local area in a 3.5t flatbed van with trailer.
• Be the face of Speedy, representing the brand, vision and values.
• Support the team to meet ESG targets and customer commitments.

Based in Morecombe the role of Delivery Driver is a busy and productive role. You will be driving a 3.5 ton flatbed van

with trailer

delivering hire equipment around the local area. This role is vital to our operation; you will be the face of our business and a representation of our vision, mission and values.

What you’ll need:

• Driving licence

  with towing ability

• Good knowledge of the local area
• Strong customer focus
• Experience driving within the UK
• Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver.
