Job summary

Speedy Group UK&I in Croydon is hiring a Delivery Driver (3.5t) on a 42-hour week with mon–fri shifts from 07:30 to 16:30. Salary £32,324 per annum, pro rata. You will collect and deliver hire equipment locally, acting as the face of our business and upholding our ESG commitments.

Qualifications

• Valid UK manual driving licence with up to 6 penalty points.
• Good knowledge of the local Croydon area.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Experience driving within the UK.
• Wamiliarity with ESG initiatives and Decade to Deliver.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hire equipment using a 3.5t flatbed van in the local area.
• Be the face of the Speedy Group and uphold company values.

Based in Croydon, the role of Delivery Driver is a busy and productive role. You will be driving a 3.5 ton flatbed van delivering hire equipment around the local area. This role is vital to our operation; you will be the face of our business and a representation of our vision, mission and values.

What you’ll need:

• Driving licence
• Good knowledge of the local area
• Strong customer focus
• Experience driving within the UK
• Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver.
