Job summary

Speedy Group UK is seeking a Driver 3.5ton based at our Old Kent Road depot. You will deliver hire equipment across the local area, representing Speedy in our customer-facing role.

Flexible hours are available, including job shares and amended hours, with a strong emphasis on work-life balance and career progression. You will need a full UK manual driving licence and be able to work in all weather conditions, with good local area knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK manual driving licence.
• Good knowledge of the local area and surrounding roads.
• Experience driving within the UK is essential.
• Ability to support ESG initiatives and Decade to Deliver.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hire equipment around the local area from the Old Kent Road depot.
• Be the face of Speedy, representing the company’s vision and values to customers.

Driver 3.5ton - Monday - Friday - 42 Hours

Based in our Old Kent Road depot the role of Driver 3.5ton is a busy and productive role. You will be delivering hire equipment around the local area. This role is vital to our operation; you will be the face of our business and a representation of our vision, mission and values.

What you’ll need:

• Driving licence
• Good knowledge of the local area
• Experience driving within the UK
• Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver.

• Has a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
