Job summary

Speedy Hire Plc in Liverpool is seeking a Delivery Driver to support our fast-paced operations. You will drive a 3.5 ton flatbed van with trailer to deliver hire equipment locally, maintaining high standards of safety and customer service.

Flexible hours are available, with a 42-hour week and 07:30–17:00 shifts. Benefits include pension, life assurance, and employee discounts, reflecting Speedy’s Employee First approach.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence with towing ability.
• Good knowledge of the local area around Liverpool.
• Strong customer focus and professional demeanour.
• Experience driving within the UK and handling deliveries.

Based in Location, the role of Delivery Driver is a busy and productive role. You will be driving a 3.5 ton flatbed van with trailer, delivering hire equipment around the local area. This role is vital to our operation; you will be the face of our business and a representation of our vision, mission and values.

What you'll need:

• Driving licence with towing ability
• Good knowledge of the local area
• Strong customer focus
• Experience driving within the UK
• Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy - Decade to Deliver.
