Speedy Group, based in Doncaster, is hiring a Delivery Driver for a 3.5 ton flatbed van. The role is local, involves delivering hire equipment and acting as the face of our business while upholding our values. Hours: Mon-Fri, 07:30–17:00, totaling 42 hours per week.

Salary: £29,572 per annum, pro rata. Flexible start/finish options and opportunities for overtime are available. Requirements include holding a driving licence, PTS, weekend availability, reliability, and attendance at rail depot

Qualifications

• Must possess a driving license and be able to assist trained rail engineers during weekends to support various jobs on track.
• Flexibility and availability on weekends and holidays (visibility at least 4 weeks in advance to allow planning).
• Reliability and dependability are essential.
• Pass their PTS (Personal Track Safety).
• Attend product familiarisation training at their local Rail depot.

Based in Doncaster, the role of Delivery Driver is a busy and productive role. You will be driving a 3.5 ton flatbed van delivering hire equipment around the local area. This role is vital to our operation; you will be the face of our business and a representation of our vision, mission and values.

Requirements:

• Possess a driving license and be able to assist trained rail engineers during weekends to support various jobs on track, such as setting out our sight lighting and operating our clipping machines.
• Flexibility and availability on weekends and holidays (visibility at least 4 weeks in advance to allow planning).
• Reliability.
• Pass their PTS (Personal Track Safety).
• Attend product familiarisation training at their local Rail depot.
