Speedy Hire PLC is seeking a Delivery Driver to operate a 3.5 tonne flatbed, based in Merthyr Tydfil, covering local deliveries for hire equipment. The role offers flexible hours and a Monday–Friday schedule with 42 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Valid UK driving licence held with up to 6 penalty points.
• Good knowledge of local area and customer service focus.
• Experience driving within the UK and safe delivery practices.

• Drive a 3.5 tonne flatbed van to deliver hire equipment locally.
• Represent Speedy Hire PLC with professionalism on customer sites.
• Support ESG strategy and maintain safe working practices.

Days of work - Mon - Fri, Times -07:30 - 17:00, 42 hours per week

Salary £29,572 Per annum, pro rata

Based in Merthyr Tydfil, the role of Delivery Driver is a busy and productive role. You will be driving a 3.5 ton flatbed van, delivering hire equipment around the local area. This role is vital to our operation; you will be the face of our business and a representation of our vision, mission and values.

What you'll need:

• Driving licence
• Good knowledge of the local area
• Strong customer focus
• Experience driving within the UK
• Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy - Decade to Deliver.
