Sodexo is hiring a Driver at Shrewsbury School, Kennedy Road, Shrewsbury. The role focuses on delivering front-to-back hospitality experiences to all stakeholders with consistent service excellence.

You will liaise with managers and chefs to meet event needs, uphold hygiene standards, and support a collaborative team in a dynamic environment. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsabilidades

• Hospitality operations: liaise with the Hospitality manager to understand business needs.
• Coordinate with Head Chef and senior chefs to deliver events and services.
• Ensure food hygiene and health/safety standards are followed as per requirements.
• Maintain open communication with stakeholders and lead by example.
• Deliver the contracted service standards and function-sheet specifications.

What You'll Do:

Hospitality Operations

• Liaise with Hospitality manager to clearly understand the needs of the business.
• Close and effective communication with the Head Chef and other senior chefs to deliver events .
• Assist Hospitality manager and Head Chef adhere to all food hygiene and health and safety standards, to ensure they are maintained to the required client and Sodexo expectations as outlined by the DMS (Document Management System) on SodexoNet

People

• Keep open channels of communication with all stakeholders
• Lead by example by role modelling the Sodexo Managerial Behaviors

Client

• Ensure the Hospitality Team deliver the operation to the service standards agreed in the contract with the client and to the specification on the function sheet
