Job summary

Stratstone Maidstone BMW is hiring a Service Driver to support our service team and ensure smooth vehicle handovers. In this part-time role you will collect and return customer vehicles, coordinate loan and company cars, and perform basic checks to keep cars ready for customers.

• Full UK manual driving licence is essential.
• Experience in driving/delivery across routes and vehicles.
• Clear communication with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to plan routes and manage time in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Collect and deliver customer vehicles safely and on time.
• Coordinate movement of loan and company vehicles around the dealership.
• Perform basic vehicle checks before and after transport.
• Be the friendly point of contact for customers during vehicle transport.
• Assist aftersales with vehicle movements and day-to-day logistics.

As a Service Driver, you’ll play an important part in creating an effortless experience for our customers. You’ll safely collect and return vehicles, ensuring each handover is smooth, professional and stress-free. Every journey matters- whether transporting customer cars, assisting with loan vehicles or supporting the service team within the dealership.

You’ll be the friendly face that represents both our team and brand, helping to keep things running efficiently behind the scenes while delivering outstanding service every step of the way.

Your Journey as a Service Driver:

• Collect and deliver customer vehicles safety and on time, ensuring each handover is seamless
• Co-ordinate the movement of loan and company vehicles across the dealership and surrounding areas
• Perform basic vehicle checks before and after transport to ensure cars are clean, well-presented, and ready for customers
• Be a reliable and friendly point of contact, ensuring customers receive professional support during vehicle transport
• Assist the aftersales team with vehicle movements around the dealership and support day-to-day logistics
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, representing our brand positively at all times

Do you have what it takes to be a Stratstone colleague? We’re looking for someone who has:

• A full UK manual driving licence is essential, with the confidence to drive a range of vehicles
• Previous driving/delivery experience throughout multiple transport routes and with a range of vehicles
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
• The ability to plan travel routes, manage time effectively and work productively as part of a busy team
