Job summary

Ocado Logistics is hiring Customer Service Team Members to deliver groceries and provide an outstanding customer experience. You’ll be on the road in all weather, with routes pre-planned by our tech. Shifts include evenings and weekends, with paid breaks and on-site perks to support your lifestyle.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver goods to customers on time and in good condition.

In return, we use our automated technology to pre plan your route and pre-load your van!

Everyone likes their groceries at different times, so our working patterns will involve evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays - so on top of your base pay you will receive premiums that will increase your average hourly earnings to £13.26 per hour. You can also stack your earnings further with enhanced overtime to fund those special occasions!

Contract Type: Permanent

Contract Hours:40 hours (including paid breaks)

Contracted days:You will be required to work any 5 days out of 7 working 8 hour shifts, and will be provided with further information during pre-boarding.

Shifts:AM & PM. You may start as early as 05:30 in the morning, and can finish as late as 12:00 (midnight). Please check your commute time prior to applying. You will receive your shift rota up to 13 weeks in advance.

Pay Structure: The position is lunar paid. This means you will be paid every 4 weeks according to a monthly schedule. Please take this into consideration when applying.
