Job summary

Ocado Logistics in the United Kingdom is recruiting Customer Service Team Members who will drive and deliver groceries to customers, providing a friendly, reliable service on every shift.

Contract: Permanent, 37.5 hours (5 x 7.5). Shifts include AM and PM, with early starts and late finishes. Base pay £12.75 with premiums lifting average earnings to around £13.34 per hour; DBS and Right to Work checks apply.

Qualifications

• Full UK or EU driving licence.
• Minimum of 12 months driving experience.
• Maximum of 6 penalty points.
• No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.
• Some deliveries involve alcohol products; you must be over 18.

So what do we need from you?

You don’t need any previous experience to join our good-natured team, just bring yourself and a positive attitude, and our amazing training team will do the rest!

But you will need the following Driving Licence Requirements:

• Full UK or EU driving licence.
• Minimum of 12 months driving experience
• Maximum of 6 penalty points.
• No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.

Some deliveries involve the handling of alcohol products, so you must be over 18 to apply.

As this is a customer facing role, good communication skills are also essential.

Contract Type:Permanent

Contract:Your contracted hours will be 37.5 hours (5 x 7.5 hours).

Shifts:AM & PM. You may start as early as 05:30 in the morning, and can finish as late as 12:00 (midnight). Please check your commute time prior to applying. You will receive your shift rota up to 13 weeks in advance.

Pay Structure:This position is lunar paid. This means you will be paid every 4 weeks according to a monthly schedule. Please take this into consideration when applying.
