Job summary

GI Group is recruiting Drivers to support vehicle ferrying operations for a leading automotive logistics client based in Stallingborough. You'll be moving vehicles safely within site and between compounds, driving a range of vehicles (electric, manual and automatic). Ongoing assignments available with full training provided.

Shifts are 12 hours (08:00-20:00). A full UK Category B licence, 22+ and up to 3 points are required, with own transport preferred.

Qualifications

• Full UK Category B driving licence.
• Licence held for at least 24 months.
• No more than 3 penalty points.
• Aged 22+ for insurance purposes.
• Ability to drive manual, automatic and electric vehicles.
• Strong eye for detail and a safety-first approach.
• Own transport due to site location.
• Willing to work weekends when required.
• Full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Move vehicles within the main compound and between on-site compounds.

Location: Stallingborough

Pay: £12.91-£25.82 per hour (depending on shift)

Shifts: 08:00-20:00 (12-hour shifts)

Contract: Ongoing (subject to site volumes)

The Role

You'll be moving vehicles safely and efficiently across site and between compounds. Duties include:

• Moving vehicles within the main compound and between on-site compounds
• Driving a range of vehicles (electric, manual and automatic)
• Using handheld scanners where required
• Completing basic vehicle checks and reporting any damage immediately

What We're Looking For

To be considered, you must have:

• A full UK Category B driving licence
• Held your licence for at least 24 months
• No more than 3 penalty points (subject to endorsement codes)
• Be aged 22+ (for insurance purposes)
• Confidence driving manual, automatic and electric vehicles
• A strong eye for detail and a safety-first approach
• Flexibility to work weekends when required
• Your own transport due to the site location
