Job summary

Aspirare Recruitment has a Dalkeith-based driver role offering 40 hours per week with a temp-to-perm pathway. Start times are 6am or 7am, depending on site, with overtime paid after 40 hours. Full training provided and a structured progression to permanent employment.

The role requires a valid Class 2 HGV licence, CPC and Digital Tachograph Card, and a reliable, safety-conscious, professional approach. Primarily on construction sites across industrial, commercial, and site environments.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) HGV licence.
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• No more than 6 licence points.
• Reliable, safety-conscious and professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class 2 HGV skip and hook loader vehicles (Full training provided)
• Deliver, collect and transport skips and containers from construction sites
• Load and unload containers safely
• Work across industrial, commercial and construction sites
• Follow health, safety and site procedures
