You will be responsible for safe, secure, and timely collection and delivery of medical samples, products, and materials, supporting healthcare operations while meeting quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include scheduled collections and deliveries, proof of collection, and maintaining transport documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• Less than 2 years of experience in transportation, logistics, courier operations, delivery services, or a related field required.
• Certification in dangerous goods awareness, licensure in operation of the applicable vehicle class, cold chain handling, or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Complete scheduled collections and deliveries in accordance with service and timing requirements.
• Verify shipment details and obtain appropriate proof of collection and delivery.
• Transport medical samples, pharmaceuticals, and other healthcare-related materials safely and securely.
• Follow designated routes and comply with temperature-control requirements where applicable.
• Maintain accurate transport documentation and delivery records.
• Communicate delivery updates, delays, or shipment issues promptly to relevant stakeholders.
• Support loading, unloading, packaging, and labelling activities to ensure shipment readiness.
• Conduct routine vehicle checks and report maintenance issues or supply shortages.
