Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Menu Specification Executive to produce Drinks Specification books across Core, Seasonal, and Campaign menus, aligned with targets. You will work with Drinks Category and GNFR teams to ensure accuracy of glassware, ingredients, and methodologies.

You will manage the Drinks glassware inventory, source ingredients, and coordinate photography with internal teams to maintain a comprehensive photo library. Continuous process improvement is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Passion for drinks and bar experience desirable.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail in written and creative work.
• Able to apply reasoning with commercial awareness for decisions.
• Team player with cross-functional collaboration.
• Resilient with pace and initiative to meet tight timelines.
• Excellent communication across internal and external departments.
• Experience with photography is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Produce Drinks Spec books for Core, Seasonal and Campaign menus.
• Capture glassware, garnish, ingredients, and methodology details for specs.
• Manage in-office Drinks glassware inventory and sourcing.
• Coordinate with Drinks Category, Food & Drinks Operations & Commercial Marketing for feedback on specs.
• Produce and organise specification photography and maintain photo library.
• Collaborate with internal content teams on photography.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes cross-functionally.
• Support Drinks Excellence Manager on quality improvement programmes.
• Respond to Pub Query System inquiries.
