C&C Group is seeking a Driver's Mate to support deliveries from regional depots to pubs, clubs, hotels and restaurants. You’ll assist drivers with loading and unloading, navigate routes, and handle paperwork while prioritising safety and customer service.

Formación

• Ability to handle heavy lifting and manual handling tasks.
• Strong customer service mindset with a professional demeanour.
• Good numeracy and literacy skills.
• Willingness to learn and use hand-held devices for order queries.
• Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborating closely with our drivers to transport beverages to pubs, clubs, bars and restaurants across the country.
• Engaging in tasks including map navigation, loading/unloading and managing paperwork with accuracy.
• Prioritising safety and maintaining a friendly, professional demeanour with customers.
• Operating from a regional depot with excellent road access and onsite parking facilities.
• Interacting with customers to review delivery orders and resolve issues such as missing items.
