Job summary

C&C Group Plc invites you to join as a Driver's Mate at one of our regional depots, assisting our Drivers with deliveries to pubs, clubs, hotels and restaurants across the region, gaining valuable experience in a forward-thinking organisation.

This role focuses on teamwork, safety and delivering excellent customer service, with on-the-job training and a pension scheme, discretionary bonus, life assurance and a generous holiday option, all supported by depot locations with easy road access.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle heavy lifting and manual handling.
• Willingness to work as part of a team.
• Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Good numeracy and literacy skills.
• Comfort using handheld technology to capture orders.

Responsibilities

• Assist Drivers with deliveries to pubs, clubs, hotels and restaurants across the region.
• Assist with loading and unloading, and navigate routes.
• Maintain safety and professionalism with customers.
• Check delivery orders for accuracy and resolve issues.
• Operate from regional depots with good road access.
