Qualifications

• Experience delivering sales in a service environment (e.g., housebuilding, retail, hospitality, banking, estate agency).
• Commercial awareness with understanding of market and competitors.
• Ability to understand customer needs and maintain company reputation.
• Resilient, driven to achieve personal and organisational targets.
• Able to stay calm under pressure.
• Keeps up to date with legislation, economy and technology.
• Persuasive communication and confident negotiation to build rapport.
• Willing to adapt to new ways of working and support the sales team.
