An Outstanding Ofsted-rated secondary school in Surrey is seeking a dynamic and inspirational Drama Teacher to join their vibrant Performing Arts department. This is a full-time, permanent position, teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4 (with potential for Key Stage 5). Responsibilities:

The successful Drama Teacher will plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons that develop students' performance skills, understanding of dramatic techniques, and self-expression. You will create a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel confident to take creative risks. Assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and contributing to the school's thriving extracurricular drama programme are key duties for this Drama Teacher role. We need an enthusiastic Drama Teacher.

Requirements:

Applicants must be a qualified Drama Teacher (QTS) with a degree in Drama, Theatre Studies, or a related field. Proven experience teaching Drama at the secondary level is essential. Excellent communication, organisational skills, and a genuine passion for theatre and student development are required.
