Job summary

Supply Desk is partnering with a welcoming secondary school in West Sussex to appoint a dedicated Teacher of Drama for KS3 and KS4 on a full-time basis, with salary £130-£250 per day and potential for permanent appointment. Start date September or ASAP.

You will deliver engaging Drama lessons, support GCSE performance and coursework, and foster a positive, inclusive learning environment while encouraging participation in extracurricular productions.

Qualifications

• Holds QTS or equivalent.
• Experience teaching Drama at GCSE level.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Enthusiastic about performance, theatre, and creative arts education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Drama lessons across KS3 and KS4.
• Support students with GCSE performance and coursework elements.
• Create engaging practical and theoretical learning experiences.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
