Job summary

Teach South in Tunbridge Wells is seeking a dynamic Drama Teacher for supply and longer-term placements. You will teach Drama across KS3 and KS4, delivering both practical and theoretical lessons and may cover GCSE Drama where needed.

Whether you prefer day-to-day work or a longer assignment, we offer flexible supply opportunities, support from dedicated recruiters, and roles across Tunbridge Wells and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• QTS or relevant teaching experience is required.
• Experience teaching Drama at secondary level.
• Strong subject knowledge in Drama.

The role

• Teaching Drama across KS3 and KS4
• Delivering practical and theory-based lessons
• Teaching GCSE Drama where required
• Developing students' confidence, creativity and performance skills
• Planning engaging lessons for longer-term placements
• Supporting students with different abilities
• Managing behaviour and maintaining a positive classroom environment
• Working collaboratively with the wider Performing Arts team

We are looking for:
