Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated educator to deliver high-quality Drama lessons across Key Stages 3 to 5, with the ability to inspire creativity, confidence, and collaboration in students. The successful candidate will also play a key role in organising school productions and contributing to the wider arts curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach engaging and imaginative Drama lessons from KS3 to KS5
Plan and direct school performances and theatre productions
Track student progress and provide constructive feedback
Foster a classroom culture that promotes confidence, teamwork, and artistic exploration
Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment activities within the Arts Department

What We re Looking For:
A degree in Drama or a related field
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching Drama up to KS5 (NQTs and ECTs also welcome)
A passion for the performing arts and creative education
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
