Job description

If we are not currently recruiting in your area, please complete the below expression of interest form and we will keep in touch with you regarding future opportunities.

We are a company run by therapists, for therapists.

We’re passionate about creating an inclusive workplace that promotes and values diversity. Organisations that are diverse in age, gender identity, race, sexual orientation, physical or mental ability, ethnicity, and perspective are more accessible to their clients and other professionals. Creating an environment where you can do your best work is what we’re all about.

Chroma works with health, education, and social care partners across the UK. Our therapists work in flexible and collaborative ways with other professionals, families, and clients. We report on our outcomes and are committed to providing the highest quality therapy to as many people as possible.

Chroma is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and adults in all settings. We expect our staff and associates to share this commitment. Background checks, professional references, and an enhanced DBS will be required for all appointments.

As Chroma gets more diverse in age, gender identity, race, sexual orientation, physical and mental ability, ethnicity, and perspective, we hope you see yourself in us.

Why Chroma?
  • Unrivalled head office support.
  • All pre-case work completed by Head Office, meaning no unpaid work for you in the build-up!
  • A management team made up of therapists; we understand your challenges.
  • We pay you for report writing and meetings, not just for delivery!
  • Regular free CPD/training opportunities.
  • Periodic case reviews, in addition to ad-hoc clinical support.
  • Feel part of a team and become one of our 100+ self-employed Creative Arts Therapists!

We have opportunities nationwide for self-employed therapists to join our team of over 100 associates, working across Adoption, Schools, Medico-Legal, and neuro-rehabilitation cases.

As a self-employed associate, you have the flexibility to take on as many or as few cases as you wish, with current therapists working on between 1-15 cases at a time with Chroma.

Whilst still allowing you to work independently, Chroma will give you the ability to feel part of a community of like-minded individuals and encourage collaboration.
