Lanes Group in the UK is seeking a Drainage Patch Lining & Cutting Engineer to carry out rehabilitation and cutting works across drainage networks from Iver to Colnbrook. You will remove obstructions and perform patch lining to restore pipeline integrity while working in a two-person team in residential regions.

The role requires experience in drainage, mechanical operation of cutting tools, and strong health and safety awareness.

Qualifikationen

• Experience within drainage, sewer rehabilitation or utilities.
• Practical experience using drainage equipment and mechanical tools.
• Good understanding of drainage and sewer systems.
• Mechanically minded and able to operate specialist equipment.
• Able to interpret CCTV footage and identify drainage defects.
• Strong attention to detail, especially in cutting/lining operations.
• Physically capable for manual work and able to work independently.

Aufgaben

• Travel to residential sites in a two-person team with a dedicated van.
• Repair and maintain drainage, install patch liners for first-time fixes.
• Operate Picote milling/cutting equipment to remove obstructions.
• Survey drainage networks and generate reports with survey tools.
• Record job reports on specialist equipment and liaise with clients.
• Deliver good customer service and maintain safety on site.
• Maintain ongoing health and safety practices and PPE compliance.
• Ensure vehicle stock levels are maintained and replenished.
• Utilise VISTEC and Salesforce platforms where required.
• Work unsupervised in all weather conditions with appropriate PPE.
• Conduct risk assessments and adhere to company policies.
