Job summary

Lanes Group is seeking a JetVac Assistant for our Stockton-on-Tees Depot to join a two-person team addressing drainage issues, blockages, and reactive call-outs. Location: Stockton-on-Tees. Hours: 40 per week. Salary: £13–£14 per hour, experience-dependent.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-pressure water jetting equipment to clean and clear drains, sewers, and pipework.
• Follow all H&S requirements.
• Communicate with customers about scheduled works and address concerns.
• Identify drainage issues including blockages, defects, infiltration, and root ingress.
• Perform routine equipment checks and maintenance.
• Support CCTV inspections to assess underground pipes and sewers.
• Assist in emergency response for floods and urgent drainage issues.
• Learn to complete RAMS under supervision.
