Job summary

The Lanes Group is recruiting for a Drainage Operative based at our Rainham depot in Essex. You will operate van-mounted jetting equipment on a range of drainage issues, from blockages to routine cleaning, visiting commercial, residential and industrial sites.

We require a valid UK driving licence (max 3 penalty points) and a CSCS card (desirable). Training will be provided to reach required standards, with 24/7 on-call rota and flexible start times.

Qualifications

• UK driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points.
• CSCS card desirable.
• Familiarity with high pressure jetting equipment preferred but training provided.
• Willingness to work outdoors and varied shifts, including weekends and rota.

Responsibilities

• Operate van-mounted jetting equipment.
• Work from a local depot covering diverse drainage issues.
• Respond to emergency call-outs and routine maintenance.
• Visit commercial, residential and industrial sites.
• Observe health and safety procedures and provide courteous service.
