Job summary

Arcus FM Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking a Drainage Engineer to service sites across Uxbridge, Slough, Hayes, Aylesbury, High Wycombe and surrounding areas, handling planned and reactive drainage tasks safely and to a high standard.

You will respond to emergencies during core hours and support on-call coverage to keep customers trading; the role includes a fixed salary of £37,815 per annum, a 45-hour week, van and fuel card, plus a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• CSCS card is desirable.
• High pressure water jetting qualification is desirable.
• Confined space certification is desirable.
• Understanding of CCTV and ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults and identify failures with equipment and systems and provide effective solutions and escalate where necessary.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and follow the Health and Safety policy.
• Sponsor and complete drainage surveys and technical reports and cascade key data to relevant personnel.
• Be a Brand Ambassador for Arcus, maintaining a good impression, dress code and vehicle condition.
• Support colleagues with training and up-skilling of apprentices and communicate regularly.
