Job summary

Attega Group Ltd is seeking a Reactive Drainage Engineer to join our field team across Essex, London and the Home Counties, handling reactive call outs and quoted works with a focus on internal and commercial drainage.

Salary up to £45,000 per annum depending on experience with enhanced overtime; full-time permanent role with early starts and location-dependent hours. DBS checks and routine drug testing apply; lunches are unpaid.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in drainage and plumbing.
• Experience with internal and commercial drainage.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• High pressure water jetting ticket.

Responsibilities

• Attend reactive emergency call outs to clear internal above ground blockages, including soil stacks, floats lines and small bore pipework.
• Identify configuration and design issues within internal drainage systems.
• Assisting other plumbing operatives with quoted works which will consist of both small reactive works and large internal above ground drainage replacements.
• Undertake CCTV survey inspections where you will be responsible for identifying defects, pipe condition, design issues and misconnections within underground and above ground drainage systems.
• Utilise your drainage and plumbing background to handle internal drainage, plumbing, and camera work.
• Demonstrate proficiency in high-pressure water jetting techniques.

Reactive Drainage Engineer

£40,000 - £45,000 depending open experience

Full time | Permanent |45 hour or 50 hour contracts depending upon department

Do you have experience with internals and commercial drainage?

The main purpose of this Reactive Drainage Engineer role is to play a crucial role within our reactive team supporting with reactive call outs and planned quoted works.

In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £45,000 P/A, depending on experience + enhanced overtime.

This role is full-time and permanent. The hours of work will be early starts but flexibility required depending on the locations of the works.
