Job summary

Lanes Group is recruiting for a permanent, full-time role in Camberley on a 4 days on/4 days off night schedule (40.25 hours). The position involves travelling to residential sites to operate high-pressure water jetting equipment and maintain drainage networks under Thames Water contract.

You will perform diagnostics, repairs, and documentation while upholding safety standards and customer service excellence. Full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Travelling to residential sites in the region to operate a high-pressure water jet for restoration.
• Clean, clear and maintain drainage systems.
• Record each job report on the specialist equipment.
• Run diagnostics and repairs on drains.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain health and safety practices during works.
• Ensure vehicle stock is full and replenished.
• Comply with PPE/safe site setups protecting employees, the public and road users.
• Utilise VISTEC and Salesforce platforms.
• Liaise with Thames Water on progress and updates.
• Work unsupervised in all weather with appropriate PPE and lone worker systems.
• Dynamically assess site access and working conditions on arrival.
• Provide support to colleagues.
• Inspect tools/equipment/plant before and after use.
• Report defects or malfunctions related to training.
• Conduct risk assessments with a proactive risk mindset.
• Follow all Lanes Group policies.
• Perform other reasonable duties as requested by management.
