Job summary

Carrington West is seeking an experienced Drainage Engineer for an ongoing contract in Hampshire. This 6-month, full-time role focuses on drainage-focused schemes and flood water management with a requirement for LLFA/S278/S38/S106 experience.

You will deliver designs for development projects, ensure compliance with Building Regulations, and contribute to mixed workloads including sewer adoption guidance.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and delivering drainage schemes for development projects.
• Knowledge of LLFA processes and S278/S38/S106 requirements in designs.
• Familiarity with Building Regulations and Sewers for Adoption guidance.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver a variety of drainage schemes.
• Focus on drainage and flood water management.
• Work with LLFA and S278/S38/S106 projects in mixed workloads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and delivery of a variety of drainage schemes.
• The role will focus primarily on drainage and flood water management.
• LLFA/ S278/S38/S106 experience, both in design and checking of designs as part of a mixed project/ HDA/ LLFA workload
• Foul and Surface Water Drainage Design to Building Regulations/ Sewers for Adoption (Sewage Industry Guidance) for Development project work.
