Not one day is equal to the other, so we need someone adaptable, resilient, and energetic to drive the brand to new heights.

POSITION SUMMARY

To achieve retail, net, and profit sales goals through effective account management of designated retailers across online and B&M channels. Develop and execute strategic plans for B&M and digital platforms to ensure a seamless consumer journey and elevated experience. Serve as the main interface between the brand and retailer partner store groups.

WHAT THIS ROLE DOES

Strategic Planning

  • Set retail and net targets across online & B&M aligned with brand goals.
  • Create and lead differentiated marketing plans to achieve KPIs.
  • Develop digital & B&M JBP’s to gain market share and promote hero products.
  • Assess risks and opportunities regularly, recommending actions to mitigate or capitalize on them.

Negotiations

  • Lead senior-level negotiations with retailer buying teams for marketing and trade initiatives.
  • Manage stock allocations for various campaigns and ensure e-retail website content is up-to-date and compliant with guidelines.
  • Define and execute distribution strategies and store placement.
  • Collaborate with online, marketing, and corporate teams.

Data, insights, and Analysis

  • Utilize internal and retailer data for strategic decisions.
  • Coordinate with CRM and COE teams for insights.
  • Become an expert on retailer and competitor activities.
  • Set targets and forecasts by retailer/channel/launch.
  • Report on brand performance to stakeholders.

P&L Management

  • Manage P&L to meet fiscal targets, reviewing profitability regularly.
  • Work with Supply Chain to forecast and manage stock levels.

Communication

Internal:

  • Coordinate with marketing, social, online, finance, and supply chain teams.

External:

  • Maintain regular communication with retailers regarding strategy, performance, and KPIs.

Competitor Activity

  • Monitor and report on competitor activities within store groups.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in National Account Management with P&L responsibility.
  • Collaborative, strategic, and forward-thinking with a 360 retail approach.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in fast-paced retail environments.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
