Job summary

John Sisk & Son is recruiting a BIM Engineer to be based in our London office. The role will oversee the implementation of the Digital Project Delivery (DPD) across projects within the business unit, providing support and leadership to develop and manage a successful DPD strategy from pre-contract through to handover.

Responsibilities include tender support, BEP/DPD audits, BIMCollab setup, and ongoing training for project teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience on multi-disciplinary projects with BIM Level 2 standards.
• Degree qualified in construction, computing or related discipline.
• Full membership of relevant professional body.

Responsibilities

• Support the Precon team with BIM/DPD requirements and tender documents.
• Lead the BIM kick off and DPD strategy meetings across project delivery.
• Setup BIMCollab and enforce protocols for clashes and design issues.
• Provide upskilling and hands-on training sessions for project teams.
• Monitor and audit the implementation of the DPD strategy on projects.
