Job summary

John Sisk & Son is recruiting a BIM Engineer to be based in our London office. The role focuses on implementing the Digital Project Delivery (DPD) across projects within the business unit, with leadership to develop and manage a successful DPD strategy from pre-contract through project delivery and handover.

The position requires extensive experience with BIM tools (Level 2) and coordination across tender to delivery stages, including 4D planning and training for project teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-disciplinary BIM Level 2 projects.
• Degree-qualified in construction, computing or related field; professional body membership beneficial.
• Strong coordination and leadership across pre-contract to delivery stages.

Responsibilities

• Support tender review to identify BIM and Digital requirements.
• Lead BIM kick-off meetings and coordinate with consultants/designers.
• Ensure DPD strategy is handed over at handover and implemented on projects.
• Set up BIMCollab and enforce protocols for clash management and design coordination.
• Deliver DPD audits and training for project teams.
• Develop 4D BIM planning when required; capture lessons learned.
