DBS and two references are required; Right to Work in the UK is essential.

Job description

This job is to support our 15 year daughter with her independence, take her to social activities and access the community.

To her out and about in the community to activities that she enjoys such as the cinema and the park.

To support her within the home when required.

To support her to socialise and increase her independence.

To support with her medical needs as required.

Any other duties not mentioned but that fall within the scope of this role should be discussed and then mutually agreed.

Undertake any further training if required.

The role is dependent upon a DBS and 2 references. We are not able to offer sponsorship so proof of Right to Work in the UK is essential.
