Job summary

Wellbore Integrity Solutions in the United Kingdom is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service fishing and remedial tools and related equipment. Focus areas include service quality, job preparation, planning and safety.

You will work under the Workshop Supervisor, participate in toolbox meetings, follow QHSE policies, and maintain equipment in safe, high-performance condition while reading technical drawings and solving problems independently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in downhole tools.
• Minimum 3 years experience operating Break Out Machine (BOM).
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Commitment to continuous improvement.
• Strong communication with supervisors and peers.

Responsibilities

• Participate in toolbox meetings with the maintenance team.
• Comply with QHSE policies and wear PPE at all times.
• Maintain equipment in safe working order and report issues.
• Understand and produce high quality products from mechanical drawings.
• Inspect, repair, and diagnose mechanical equipment and fault-find accurately.
• Maintain good housekeeping in the workshop.
