A reputable local business in Weston-super-Mare is looking for a Double-Glazing Office Manager's Assistant. The role involves processing orders, scheduling works, and maintaining customer records. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 1 year experience in the double-glazing industry and excellent communication skills. We are a successful local, family run business within the window industry who pride ourselves on our reputation. We have been supplying and fitting both to the trade and public for over 30 years and are looking to expand the team. We are currently seeking a Double-Glazing Office Manager's Assistant whose primary focus will be working with our Office Manager.
The successful candidate will be able to ensure that all works are completed to strict deadlines and to an acceptable quality and standard to facilitate prompt payment from the customer.
You will be working as part of a small team of five people in the office, required to be on site five days a week (Monday – Friday) in Weston Super Mare.
We are looking for someone who already has industry knowledge within double glazing that can hit the ground running. Unfortunately, any applications received without this will not be considered at this time.
As the position involves liaising with customers, manufacturers and colleagues regularly, excellent communication skills are paramount to the role.
Competitive salary dependant on experience.
