Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Study Analyst to join our team in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. This role develops or improves analytical methodologies under guidance and ensures compliance with GLP standards.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Chemistry and has familiarity with chromatography (HPLC) and standard lab equipment. The position is full-time (37 hours per week), with a competitive salary and a wide benefits package.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry required.
• Familiar with standard laboratory equipment.
• Some experience with chromatographic techniques such as HPLC.
• GLP experience or knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop or improve existing analytical methodology under the guidance of senior Dose Analysis personnel
• Develop a working knowledge of all Formulation & Inhalation Analysis analytical techniques and instrumentation
• Undertake method validation, analyse samples for Formulation & Inhalation Analysis studies and prepare formal analytical methods
• Regularly update Dose Analysis study management and the Study Director on the status of assigned studies
• Assist in the training of new staff in analytical techniques and instrumentation
• Maintain a thorough working knowledge of UK and international GLP regulations and their application to the work area
• Maintain an in depth knowledge and understanding of all Company and Department SOP’s relevant to the work area
