Job summary

LSEG is seeking a DORA Risk Assurance Manager to lead attestation programs and client audits, aligning with European DORA requirements. You will own governance across the department, collaborate with product teams, and coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and IT Security to meet regulatory expectations.

You will work with customers and internal teams to address audit findings, drive control frameworks, and mentor colleagues in a fast-paced, global financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in audit, attestation, or risk assurance in a Big 4, consulting or financial services environment.
• Solid understanding of DORA, SOC, ISAE3402/3000 and IT Risk control frameworks.
• Experience in assessing technology, data, or market infrastructure environments.
• Excellent documentation skills (process maps, RCMs, audit reports etc.)
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to influence collaborators at all levels.
• Understanding of risk management and effective Information Security strategy, practices, technologies and controls frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management of the DORA Customer Audit program and coordinate internal partners.
• Champion integrity, transparency, and continuous learning.
• Mentor junior staff and provide real-time feedback.
• Support adapting to new auditing standards and digital transformation initiatives.
• Own planning and execution of attestation programs (e.g., SOC 2, ISAE 3000).
• Maintain library control narratives, process flows, and risk/control matrices.
• Prepare and deliver responses to findings.
• Own end-to-end governance of the department.
• Deputize for leadership, delegate workload and provide career guidance.
