Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a DORA Risk Assurance Manager to lead attestations and client audits in response to European DORA regulation.

You will drive planning, execution, and governance of attestation programs (SOC 2, ISAE 3000), mentor staff, and collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and IT teams to embed controls.

Qualifications

• Proven audit/attestation/risk assurance background in finance.
• Understanding of DORA, SOC, ISAE3402/3000 and IT risk frameworks.
• Experience assessing technology, data, or market infrastructure environments.
• Excellent documentation skills (process maps, audit reports, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence at all levels.
• Knowledge of risk management and information security controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of the DORA Customer Audit program.
• Coordinate internal partners and act as client audit representative.
• Mentor staff and foster growth through feedback.
• Support adapting to new auditing standards and digital transformation.
• Own planning and execution of attestation programs (SOC 2, ISAE 3000).
• Manage end-to-end governance across the department.
