Job summary

Sainsbury's is seeking a Customer Delivery Driver to deliver groceries directly to customers’ doors with energy and care. You’ll operate a 3.5 tonne refrigerated van, uphold safety checks, and communicate proactively with customers about delays or changes to orders.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years old and hold a full UK/EU driving licence for at least 12 months
• No more than 6 points on licence
• Right to Work in the UK
• In-cab AI cameras to support safe driving and compliance

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Sainsbury’s at every doorstep delivering orders to customers’ homes
• Drive a 3.5 tonne refrigerated van and ensure on-time delivery in good condition
• Perform daily checks to keep the van roadworthy, clean and organised
• Follow planned routes and drive safely across various locations and conditions
• Assist across the store when not delivering
