YouFibre Limited in Kings Lynn is seeking a Field Sales Executive to drive broadband sign-ups, build your own pipeline, and take ownership of performance in a dynamic, field-based role.

The position is full-time with a base salary of £25,000 plus uncapped commission (OTE £50K). You will also receive a £250/month vehicle allowance and travel costs. A UK driving licence and access to a car are essential.

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Salary: From £25,000 per annum + uncapped commission (OTE £50K)

£250 a month car allowance + business travel paid

You must have a UK Driving License and access to a car for this role

Key Responsibilities

• You’ll be out and about going door-to-door, speaking to residents and helping them make the switch to broadband they can bank on.
• You’ll manage your own pipeline, turning great conversations into customers.
• You will be driving your performance - hitting and exceeding your targets consistently
• Building relationships will be second nature, both within the local community and internally too.
• You’ll be open to feedback, eager to learn and able to adapt your approach.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• You have a full, clean UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
• You’re driven by working towards targets and motivated by results.
• You’ve got solid sales experience ideally in a face-to-face role and know how to engage people and get that yes.
• You’re friendly and confident and enjoy real conversations.
• Confident going solo, you thrive on managing your time and hitting targets in the field.
