Charity Link in the UK is seeking a Field Sales Executive to work exclusively with Dogs Trust, engaging households to set up monthly donations. The role is outdoors, with full training and a guaranteed basic salary plus uncapped commission, offering an on-target earnings potential of £47,000–£50,000+ per year.

You’ll travel between postcodes, represent Dogs Trust professionally, and progress through ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Self-motivation and discipline to work independently.
• Drive, resilience and a competitive streak with a target-driven mindset.
• Genuine passion for charitable causes, especially Dogs Trust, and stamina to stay on your feet.
• Door-to-door sales experience is desirable but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Fundraise in the areas recommended by our venues team, with more say over where, as you build a record of hitting target
• Open conversations with residents and make every doorstep count
• Share the story and impact behind the Dogs Trust campaign and make the case for regular giving
• Handle objections confidently and convert conversations into long-term monthly donors
• Stay positive and keep your energy up through rejection and tough days
• Record donor details accurately on your tablet, following data protection and fundraising regulatory standards
• Travel independently between postcodes
• Represent Dogs Trust in a professional, ethical and positive way
