Job summary

RGE Services Ltd is recruiting an experienced Door Entry / Access Control Engineer to service, maintain and fault-diagnose systems across Epsom, Guildford, Kent and surrounding areas. The role covers both installations and reactive maintenance, with long-term career progression and excellent benefits.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years' experience with ENTROTEC door entry and INTRATONE/PAC/ENSIGN access control, strong fault-finding skills, and a valid UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years' experience with intercom/door entry systems (ENTROTEC).
• Minimum 2+ years' experience with access control systems (INTRATONE, PAC, ENSIGN).
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, maintenance, and fault diagnosis of door entry and access control systems.
• Working on new installations and reactive maintenance contracts.
• Upgrading and commissioning systems to current industry standards.
• Providing excellent customer service to clients and residents.
• Accurate completion of job reports and documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
