Job summary

Public Services Delivery Scotland is recruiting for the Donor Services Support Officer role based in Aberdeen with a 23-hour per week schedule. The post offers hybrid working (home and office) within the SNBTS Donor Services admin team.

A PVG check is required, and you must have entitlement to work in the UK. The successful candidate will record essential information accurately, communicate effectively with the public, and support multiple administrative tasks in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with the public.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages.
• Knowledge of Donor Services and SNBTS systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical and administration support across Donor Services.
• Ensure information is accurately recorded and updated in a timely manner.
• Deal directly with members of the public with a customer-focused approach.
• Support delivery of high-quality service within Donor Services.
