Job summary

Prostate Cancer UK is seeking a Donor Relations & High-Value Events Manager in London Bridge on a hybrid basis. The role delivers tailored supporter journeys and high‑value events to strengthen donor relationships and raise the game appeal.

You will lead engagement activity, collaborate with fundraising and programme teams, and help drive retention and long-term income growth for the charity.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality events, donor engagement or stewardship activity for high-value audiences.
• Knowledge of high-value fundraising and how effective stewardship supports long-term donor relationships.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with experience working collaboratively across teams.

Job description

Salary: £46,500
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
Location: London Bridge - Hybrid working (4 days per month)
Closing date: 28th September
Benefits: 28 days annual leave PLUS bank holidays; option to buy or sell an additional week after one year. Increased employer pension contributions based on employee contributions (e.g., if you pay 5%, they pay 7%).

We are thrilled to be working with Prostate Cancer UK as they look for a Donor Relations & High-Value Events Manager to join their newly created team.

As part of this newly established Donor Relations team, you'll help deliver exceptional stewardship, donor experiences and events that strengthen relationships with philanthropic and corporate supporters, also promoting the charity's £100 million Raise the Game appeal.

You'll lead the delivery of tailored supporter journeys, high-value events and engagement activity, ensuring donors feel valued, informed and connected to the impact of their support. Working closely with fundraising and programme teams, you'll play a key role in driving supporter retention and long-term income growth.

To be successful as the Donor Relations Manager, you will need:

• Experience delivering high-quality events, supporter engagement or stewardship activity for high-value audiences.
