Job summary

Prostate Cancer UK is seeking an Appeal & High-Value Operations Executive to coordinate projects, track income and performance, and support senior stakeholders across the High Value team. You will help ensure governance and processes underpin fundraising growth for landmark campaigns.

Working across the High Value team and broader charity, you’ll have visibility and influence in one of the sector’s high-profile fundraising initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating complex projects or programmes, ideally in fundraising or charity.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills for updates and senior stakeholders.

Salary: £29,500 – £34,750

Contract: Permanent / Full-time

Location: London Bridge, London - Hybrid working (minimum 4 days per month in the office)

Benefits: 28 days annual leave PLUS bank holidays; option to buy or sell an additional week after one year. Increased employer pension contributions based on employee contributions (e.g., if you pay 5%, they pay 7%)

We're delighted to be supporting Prostate Cancer UK as they look for an Appeal & High-Value Operations Executive, a key role that will play a vital part in delivering the charity's landmark £100m Raise the Game appeal and future fundraising growth.

As the new Appeal & High-Value Operations Executive, you will play a key role in coordinating projects, tracking income and performance, supporting senior stakeholders, and ensuring the processes and governance are in place to help drive significant philanthropic and corporate fundraising growth. Working across the High Value team and wider organisation, you'll have real visibility and influence in one of the charity sector's most high-profile fundraising campaigns.

To be successful as the role of Appeal & High-Value Operations Executive you will need:

• Experience supporting complex projects or programmes, ideally within a fundraising or charity environment
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to produce high-quality updates and materials for senior stakeholders
