Job Summary
This role involves managing the Donor Knowledge Base to ensure it provides accurate, up-to-date guidance for the National Call Centre. You will support the department by exercising your initiative and discretion, working independently, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across NHS.
You will support a diverse team, develop your skills, and promote an inclusive work environment.
